From Malchow by the Müritz-National Park and the virgin forest Serrahn and further by the Biosphere reserve Schorfheide-Chorin tot he beech virgin forest Grumsin.
From Malchow the primeval forest route remains first on the European lang distance trail E 10. From Mirow the primeval forest route goes over Neustrelitz into the Müritz-national park and there to the virgin forest Serrahn with the information point „Zinow“ including national park exhibition (path of wood-experience to the Serrahn-forest house, 8 km). Further to the east in Brandenburg in the biosphere reserve Schorfheide-Chorin one reaches in the village Altkünkendorf the information point of the UNESCO-world nature heritage and nearby the beech primeval forest Grumsin.
